The parent company was founded in 2016; following a business model adjustment, Rich Industrial Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. was established in 2023. The founding team comes from internet companies including Tencent, NetEase and Shanda — we moved from the internet into industry, combining digital reach with deep expertise in industrial and marine protective coatings.
Over eight years we have entered one industrial field after another and made each our specialty: marine outfitting (2016–2020), heavy-industry outfitting (2020–2022) and chemical raw materials (2022–2023).
